Clearing Cache and Refreshing the Browser
Sometimes, a fresh start is all you need. Try the following:- Close the Paradigm tab: Click on the “X” button to close the Paradigm tab.

Clear the cache:
- Press
Ctrl + Shift + R(Windows/Linux) orCmd + Shift + R(Mac) to reload the page and clear the cache. - Alternatively, you can also clear the cache through your browser’s settings:
- Chrome: Go to
Settings>More Tools>Clear Browsing Dataand select “Cached images and files”. - Other browsers: Check your browser’s documentation for clearing cache instructions.

- Close and reopen Chrome (or your preferred browser): This will ensure that any temporary issues are resolved.
- Open Paradigm again: Log back into Paradigm and try to reproduce the issue.
