User Profile (Customer Space)

Your User Profile gives you full control over your account settings, preferences, and security. You can access it by clicking on your name in the bottom-left corner of the application and selecting My profile from the submenu.

The profile area is divided into four sections:

1. Profile

Here you can manage your personal information and data rights:

  • Edit personal details: First name, last name, and language.

    • Languages supported: English, French, and German.

  • Company and User ID: Displayed for reference.

  • Download your data: Request a full export of all data associated with your account (documents, prompts, logs, etc.). You will receive the export by email.

  • Delete your account: Permanently delete your account and all related data. This action is irreversible.

  • RGPD support contact: The page also displays the email address to contact for data protection inquiries.

2. Password

This section lets you update your password.

  • Enter your current password, then set and confirm a new one.

  • Important: If you log in via your company’s SSO (Single Sign-On, e.g., Microsoft), you cannot change your password here. You must update it through your company login system.

3. My API Keys

Accessible only if you have the API Manager permission.

  • View all API keys you have created.

  • See details such as key name, role, expiration date, and status (active/expired).

  • Delete API keys that are no longer needed.

  • Generate new API keys when required.

  • For security reasons, the full key value is shown only once at creation. You must copy and store it securely.

4. Chat Instructions

This section lets you customize how the assistant responds.

  • Company instructions: Set by the administrator, visible in read-only mode.

  • User instructions: A free text area (up to 1,500 characters) where you can define your preferences for interaction.

    • Examples:

      • “Provide concise answers using technical terminology.”

      • “Structure responses with bullet points.”

      • “Include examples for each concept explained.”

  • Once saved, these instructions apply to all future conversations.
