How can I delete my user account?

To delete your own account, follow these steps:

1. Access your user space.
2. Locate and click on the account deletion button.
3. You will be prompted to enter your first name and last name to confirm that you intend to permanently delete your account.
4. Once confirmed, your account will be deleted irreversibly. This will result in the deletion of all documents associated with your account and your personal workspace.

What happens to my documents and personal workspace?

When you delete your account, all documents you have uploaded in your personal workspace will also be deleted.

How are my past interactions with the platform handled?

All interactions you have had with the platform will be anonymized. An ID will be retained to indicate that actions have been performed, but the content of these interactions will be deleted to protect your privacy.

Is this action irreversible?

Yes, the deletion of your account is an irreversible action. Once you have confirmed the deletion, you will not be able to recover your account, your documents, or your past interactions with the platform.
