Chat Instructions (Experience Customization)

Access chat instructions: Click on the Chat instructions icon in the left sidebar.

Company Instructions Defined by the administrator, they are not modifiable by the user, and are visible in read-only mode.

User Instructions This is a customizable text area where you define your interaction preferences

Examples of instructions:

  • "Provide concise answers using technical terminology"
  • "Structure responses with bullet points for clarity"
  • "Include examples for each concept explained"

Applying Instructions

  • Instructions (company and user) apply to all your future conversations
  • Click "Save" to record your changes
  • The assistant will adapt its responses according to your instructions
