You can monitor all usage related to the chat interface, including user interactions and activity metrics

Dashboard Chat

The interface provides each user with a personalized view of their own system usage, showing their individual performance metrics, engagement patterns, and document utilization history.

This dashboard is divided into three main sections:

  1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the top
  • "Generated responses": total number of responses generated
  • "Average response time": average response time in seconds
  • "Chats Copied": number of copied conversations
  • "Regenerations": number of regenerations performed
  • "Most cited documents": list of most referenced documents, with a progress bar and usage percentage for each
  • "User Satisfaction" broken down into three categories:
    • Positive: positive feedback
    • Negative: negative feedback
    • No feedback: conversations without evaluation
  1. Detailed History Table A table showing interactions with the following columns:
  • "Date": timestamp of the interaction
  • "Model Answer": response content
  • "Feedback": user feedback received
  • "Docs Used": number of documents used

The interface provides a comprehensive view of the system's performance, user engagement, and content utilization patterns.
